Since ART BAGET LLC was founded on 8 January 2010 Nargiz Shahverdiyeva has been the head and director of the company. The company specializes in art consulting, art services and an art supply and various art projects as well as organizing exhibitions and vernissages, creating expositions, preparing and consulting various print media about the life and work of outstanding artists, design, and decoration of both residential and office premises, production and supply of various objects for interior design, professional packing of works of art for subsequent transportation. A separate profile of the "ART BAGET" company's activity is the export of decorative baguettes from abroad and the production of framing for paintings, graphic works, and mirrors. For many years ART BAGET is the sister company of QGALLERY BAKU and QGALLERY BERLIN, implementing several interesting joint projects. Throughout all the years of its activity, ART BAGET has repeatedly participated in major projects, acting as an art supplier and providing work teams to install design objects. Among these projects are:
- Museum of Modern Art of Azerbaijan (MOMA). Ordering baguettes, framing and hanging paintings, installing sculptures and installations.
- Museum of Painting. Ordering baguettes, framing, and hanging pictures.
- Decorating administrative premises of Uni Bank. Export of posters from Germany, framing and hanging posters.
- Marriott-Absheron Hotel. Art consultancy and art supply. Work with a group of designers. Overseas export of design objects - colored glass vases, metal wall panels, mirrors, baguettes. Printing and framing of photographs, installation, and hanging in hotel rooms.
- Four Seasons Baku Hotel. Art consultancy and art supply.  Working with a group of designers. Export from abroad of design items such as mirrors and baguettes—printing and framing photographs, mounting, and hanging in hotel rooms.

- Art project for Cultural House of Azerbaijan in Berlin, Germany.

The National Heritage project is the fascinating collaboration project of ART BAGET and Xalq Bank, which has been in operation since 2010. The project's aim and objectives are to create bright and informative art albums about the life and work of famous Azerbaijani artists and organize the presentation of books and exhibitions correspondingly.
Since 2012, ART BAGET is a permanent contractor of the Heydar Aliyev Centre in organizing exhibitions.
